Year 11 Half Term 6 Provision

All Year 11 students will be able to access a mixture of live sessions and remote learning packages throughout the final half term of this academic year. These sessions include introductions to A-Level and BTEC courses, as well as learning new life skills to support their transition to post-16 education or place of work. Students also have access to bespoke careers support and can request support from our nurture team if they need to. Students can sign up to these sessions through Class Charts through their announcements area where they will also be able to view a timetable of the sessions taking place: https://www.classcharts.com/student/login.

All students will continue to receive curriculum provision from English, Maths and Science through Class Charts, regardless of whether they sign up individual sessions.

If students are unable to join in the sessions online, students will be able to attend on site.

Please contact Mr Gray through Class Charts if you need to request this.

Class Charts and Microsoft Teams- Logins and Help Guide

All students have received their login code for Class Charts. Class Charts is a web-based and mobile-based application through which students will receive tasks to complete on a daily basis.

All students know their log in details for Microsoft Teams. You must always log into Teams using your @whiteroseacademies.org username: e.g. BloggsJo19@whiteroseacademies.org. If you have forgotten your username or password, you must send a login request to Alison Wilson using the Class Chart messaging function.

Please click here to view a Class Charts and Microsoft Teams guidance document.

Throughout periods of self-isolation, students will receive work set from their teacher through the Class Charts app set. They will be notified on the app when work has been set.

Parents can use the login provided to track the work that has been set for their child.
